We broke into the pear-ginger the very next morning and it was fantastic, made all the better by the fact that I have never made or thought to make that kind. The variety is great because even though I loved the blueberry (from near Beauval)-strawberry (from west of Saskatoon)-raspberry (from City Park) jam I made last year, it got to be a bit much.
