Paddock Wood Brewery
Paddock Wood is a wonderful craft micro-brewery situated in Sutherland.

Beef
Benlock Farms is a family-run farm raising Black Angus cattle. No hormones, antibiotics, or animal product feeds are used. The meat is dry-aged for 21 - 28 days and locally processed at Friesen’s Meat Processing (a federally inspected plant) in Warman, Saskatchewan. The steers receive consistent grain-based finishing rations on the farm without feed addictives or processed proteins.
